    Telecom MBA in Business School of University of Strathclyde, UK. Master’s degree. She’s a gainer of Chevening full Scholarship. A financial economist and a corporate legal advisor.
    Successively served as deputy manager of international business of Qingdao development zone sub-branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, and director of intermediate business development office; Head of the international cooperation department of the Internet economic consulting center under the Shanghai Economic and Information Commission, and head of the BBS preparatory department of the City Informatization in the Asia-Pacific Region; Regional manager of Nortel Networks (China) wireless network business division; Senior manager of international exhibition department, Shanghai EXPO Coordination Bureau, assistant director of training center; Vice general manager of international cooperation of Shanghai United Property Exchange.
    At present, she’s the vice President of Shanghai Zhaolian Enterprise Management Company and Shanghai Fudan Fulian Software Park Management Company, and the secretary general of International Association of Emergency Management (IAEM) in China, Asia.
